Customer Care Charter for Guests & Members

The following Customer Care Charter for our Guests and Members has been adopted by Escape Health Club & Spa.

Our team at Escape Health Club and Spa Aim:

  • To provide a welcoming and safe environment for all of our members and guests.
  • To provide and maintain safe working gym equipment and to resolve any issues brought to our attention as soon as possible.
  • Ensure the right to equal treatment established by equality legislation are adhered to and that people are treated as equally and as possible.
  • To ensure all future developments and refurbishments comply with good practice and relevant guidelines.
  • To provide detailed information on all activities which commence in the club.
  • To help members and guests where at all possible, should they need any assistance.
  • To consult regularly with members and guests on service provided.
  • To ensure all Front of house staff are rained in customer service and are sensitive to individual client’s needs.

If you have any issues or concerns that you would like to bring to our attention, please ask at reception for a customer feedback form and a member of staff will ensure your query will be dealt with as soon as possible.
