Our commitment to local produce is at the heart of the Scott’s experience, with a selection of ingredients sourced from trusted producers across Kilkenny and the surrounding counties. From our exceptional beef from Summerhill Farm in Waterford and fresh produce from local farms, to Goatsbridge Trout Farm and artisan cheeses and breads from Kilkenny producers, we take pride in showcasing the best of the region.

Even our drinks have a local story, with Ballykeefe Distillery in Kilkenny producing both gin and whiskey, while we proudly serve Kyteler’s Whiskey and use Highbank Orchard produce. It’s our way of celebrating the incredible producers on our doorstep and bringing a genuine taste of the region to every visit.
