We celebrated our wedding reception at the Newpark Hotel on Saturday, 15th June 2024, but our love for the hotel began long before our big day. From the outset, we had a clear vision for our wedding, with guests of all ages attending, and we wanted a venue that truly catered to everyone. Our checklist included a spacious function room with its own bar and facilities, a nearby smoking area that wouldn’t take guests away from the atmosphere, comfortable spaces where older guests could chat without the music being overwhelming, and enough bedrooms to accommodate all of our guests.

After visiting several venues, the Newpark Hotel was the only one that met every single requirement — and more. The hotel offers stunning photo opportunities throughout the grounds, including a beautiful garden area exclusively for wedding guests. Even though we are based in Dublin, we knew immediately that the Newpark was the perfect choice. Our guests still speak so highly of the hotel, and some have even returned with their families after enjoying it so much.

The staff were exceptional from start to finish. Over the two years between our initial enquiry and our wedding day, countless emails and phone calls were exchanged, and every question was answered promptly and kindly. We were always met with warmth and professionalism, and never once made to feel that any request was too much.

On the day itself, we were treated like royalty. Every member of staff was a pleasure to deal with, ensuring everything ran seamlessly and with genuine care. A special mention to Sinead & Aga who went above and beyond for us.

The Newpark now holds a very special place in our hearts, and we look forward to returning each year to celebrate our anniversary and create new family memories.
