Aisling & Paul’s Love Story
We got married in April 2025, and from the very beginning, the team at Newpark Hotel were incredibly helpful and made our wedding day so special. We had attended weddings at Newpark before, and it always stood out to us, it was a venue that was very hard to pass when it came to choosing where to celebrate our own day.
Food was one of the most important aspects of our wedding, and we knew from the outset that it was something we wouldn’t have to worry about at Newpark. The food on the day was exceptional, with the famous red cabbage becoming a real talking point among our guests. Alongside the food, our guests were blown away by the level of service and the beautiful function room, which created such an elegant setting for our celebration.
We continued the celebrations with our Day Two in the Terrace, where the atmosphere and ambience were truly the icing on the cake for our wedding weekend. The support we received from Mary and the entire team in the lead-up to the wedding, along with Aga, the kitchen staff and the team on the day, meant everything ran seamlessly and allowed us to fully enjoy every moment.
It was the thoughtful, simple touches on the day, many of which were done without us ever having to ask, that made such a difference. This meant we could be fully present and enjoy our wedding without any worries. No request was ever too big or too small, and even last-minute changes on the day were easily accommodated.
If we had to make the decision again, we would always choose Newpark Hotel. We look forward to returning to celebrate many more special occasions there in the future.
