- White Flag Health Club Award – Achieved six times since 2018, this award recognizes outstanding standards in health and safety, hygiene, and customer service in our fitness and leisure facilities.
- IHF Southeast Employee of the Year (2017) – Edyta Gorna, our Accommodation Manager, won this distinguished award and went on to become a National Finalist in the IHF (Irish Hotels Federation) Employee of the Year category.
- IHF Southeast Employee of the Year Finalist (2018) – Jamie Donnelly, Chef de Partie, was recognized for his culinary dedication and skill.
